Buy the S3069 Trousers and Shorts sewing pattern from Simplicity. Stylish trousers and shorts have waistband with belt loops, back darts and fly front zipper with button closure. Barrel leg pants are ankle length and have partially sewn darts at the knee. Create trousers with or without pockets. Semi-fitted shorts in mid-thigh length have front and back pockets with top stitching details.
